We were all geared up to head to Lighthouse Point in New Haven until we got rained out. No biggy, Steve Depino had offered to have the gang back to his place for a BBQ afterwards anyway, so we just took the party inside. Joy Moody visited us this month to demonstrate how she shoots her maternity sessions (belly shoots). It was so fun to watch her in action and perfect that one of our members, Missy happens to be pregnant! Thank you to Joy for showing us how you do your sessions with a Hasselblad and B&W film (I love it!), and many thanks to Missy our ever patient model. I loved the graphic simplicity of these shots when I gave them a B&W twist.
