Yay!  We’ve joined The 100 Layer Cake community.  I love this blog and I’m so happy to feature some never before seen images from an incredible year.  And really,  I do love cake!

One of the amazing experiences that I had in Oahu was a day after session with Katie and Brady.  At sunset we were in an outrigger canoe in big surf just off the beach in Waikiki.  It was surreal and profoundly beautiful!  More coming soon.

I spent a lovely day beach combing with Katie & Brady last Sunday.  I hadn’t been to Tod’s Point in quite a while and had forgotten how beautiful it is there.  Katie & Brady came up north from Delaware for the weekend, so I was happy that the weather cooperated.  I will be shooting their destination wedding in Hawaii this Labor Day.  Their wedding weekend will be packed with family gatherings, preparations and even a trash the dress session.  These two have such an easy way about them and are so photogenic.  I am beyond excited to be going to Hawaii!  Wow…my work is so fun!

I photographed an incredible east meets west two day wedding celebration in Vegas.  The wedding took place at The beautiful M Resort and Spa & Casino in Henderson, Nevada, just off the strip.  This four star hotel is completely luxurious and Brit Bertino from Simply Weddings created some totally off the hook details.  Look for the inside scoop coming soon to one of my favorite bridal blogs.
